Refunds & Returns


We have a 30 day policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item(s), to notify us of any issues.


If the issue with your order meets one of our accepted conditions, you will be eligible for a full replacement at no extra cost to you, or a refund. You must contact us at, before attempting to return any items. 


Accepted conditions for replacement or refund:

  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Item is not the size you ordered
  • Item is not the one you ordered


Unaccepted conditions for a replacement or refund:

  • You've changed your mind
  • Item does not fit in the way you thought it would (please carefully review our size charts and information, before purchasing)


To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start this process, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first notifying us and requesting a replacement or refund, will then become ineligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us first.


We currently are not accepting exchanges.



If Order Does Not Arrive:

Every order is ensured. If your package does not arrive because it becomes lost in transit, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to for additional assistance.

* If your order does not arrive due to incorrect/insufficient address information that you have provided, you will be responsible for charges to have items re-shipped to you. Please make sure your provided shipping information is correct.

If your package returns to us then we will contact you. 



If Tracking Number Shows As Delivered, But Order Did Not Arrive:

We currently do not replace/refund items that show as delivered. Sometimes packages may be left in an unexpected location at your customer’s address, so please look thoroughly. Carrier errors are not covered by our refund policy.



Refund time-frame

After you have first notified us, if your issue meets one of our approved conditions, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
