What Is Letterally Speaking™?
Letterally Speaking™ is an early access feature, of Public Square. Special announcements, correspondences, events, and items may become available there that won't appear anywhere else.
Is Free Shipping Offered For Any Items?
Yes.
Currently: All Compostable Case Models.
If they are the only items in your cart, you will not be charged for shipping on any compostable cases; no matter the amount.

Where Is My Hoodie Or Apron?
* US Hoodie & Apron Orders - both currently have a shipping time of 18-20 business days, due to unique material used and exclusive supplier location. We assure you they will arrive, and more peace = more patience.
* International Hoodie & Apron Orders - our normal international shipping times apply.
Where Is My Order?
Excluding hoodies & aprons, US orders have a usual shipping time of 3-6 business days (may arrive sooner, based on your location). We also typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill/process/package your order, before shipping. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories may take an additional 7 – 12 business days).
International orders have a usual shipping time of 10-30 business days, based on your location (may arrive sooner). We also typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill/process/package your order, before shipping. More peace = more patience.

Will Framed Items Increase My Shipping Cost?
Yes.
They are heavier. If a framed item is included in your order, your shipping fee will increase to reflect the heavier shipping/item weight.
Where Is My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Every order will get a tracking number. If you do not get a tracking number, please let us know.
Can I Cancel An Order?
There is a small window before an order ships, where an order is being fulfilled/processed/packaged. This window varies and depends on what you have ordered. If you notify us and your item is still within this fulfillment window, we will do our best to process your request. We cannot guarantee we can cancel all requests in time.
Where Can I Purchase Everr Infinite Items?
At this time, Everr Infinite Items are available exclusively here at everrinfinite.com. We cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of items purchased from third-party sellers; we cannot offer refunds/replacements/returns on items purchased outside of everrinfinite.com.
What If An Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Size?
Step 1.) Notify us within 30 days. You'll be covered. Please review our refund/return policy for full details.
Step 2.) Please reach out to us for assistance at help@everrinfinite.com, before attempting to return any items.
Can I Exchange An Item?
We currently are not accepting exchanges.
What If My Order Does Not Arrive?
If your package returns to us then we will contact you.
What If My Tracking Number Shows As Delivered, But I Didn't Get My Order?
We currently do not replace/refund items that show as delivered. Sometimes packages may be left in an unexpected location at your customer’s address, so please look thoroughly. Carrier errors are not covered by our refund policy.
How Long Do Refunds Take To Process?
After you have first notified us, if your issue meets one of our approved conditions, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
