What locations does Everr Infinite ship to?

 We currently ship to most countries; worldwide.

 

Shipping Times:

 

Domestic (United States)

Excluding hoodies & aprons, US orders have a usual shipping time of 3-7 business days (may arrive sooner, based on your location). We also typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill/process/package your order, before shipping. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories may take an additional 7 – 12 business days).

* US Hoodie & Apron Orders - both currently have a shipping time of 18-20 business days, due to unique material used and exclusive supplier location. We assure you they will arrive, and more peace = more patience.

 * Based on our multiple supplier locations, items may ship/arrive at different times; but you will get separate tracking numbers if this happens.

 

International

International orders have a usual shipping time of 10-30 business days, based on your location (may arrive sooner). We also typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill/process/package your order, before shipping. More peace = more patience.

 * All prices on our site are displayed in USD. However, if your order is International/outside the US; depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties, taxes, or customs fees once you receive your order. In the case your package incurs these duties or taxes, the carrier will contact you and advise of these fees.

Are there possible delays?

 

Please allow extra time during our busy/holiday season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order.

 

Will COVID-19 affect my order?

 

Due to COVID-19, your order may experience processing or shipping delays; we appreciate your patience during this time. We are working closely with our partners to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.  

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Every order will get a tracking number. If you do not get a tracking number, please let us know.

* Based on our multiple supplier locations, items within a single order may ship/arrive at different times; but you will get separate tracking numbers if this happens.

Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What if my tracking number shows as delivered, but the order did not arrive?

 

We currently do not replace/refund items that show as delivered. Sometimes packages may be left in an unexpected location at your customer’s address, so please look thoroughly. Carrier errors are not covered by our refund policy.

 

What if I do not receive my order?

 

Every order is ensured. If your package does not arrive because it becomes lost in transit, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to help@everrinfinite.com for additional assistance.

* If your order does not arrive due to incorrect/insufficient address information that you have provided, you will be responsible for charges to have items re-shipped to you. Please make sure your provided shipping information is correct.

The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

* If your package returns to us then we will contact you. 

 

Are there any extra customs fees or import taxes possible with International orders?

 

All prices on our site are displayed in USD. However, if your order is International/outside the US; depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties, taxes, or customs fees once you receive your order.

With that being said, the payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. In the case your package incurs these duties or taxes, the carrier will contact you and advise of these fees.

 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. The international tracking number will update once it scans into your country. Our international delivery service hands your package off to your local post office. Please contact your local post office as they will be delivering the package to you directly and the package could be held due to unpaid customs fees. If your package returns to us then we will contact you. 

 

Extended Delays

 

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
